We nurture the education ecosystem to amplify the focus on school improvement by enabling civil society organisations through innovative programs, knowledge sharing of resources, and collective action.

We partner with Education Departments at district, state, and national levels, such as the State Council for Education Research and Training (SCERT) and District Institutes for Education and Training (DIETs), to co-create solutions that aim to improve systemic structures and processes and school-level practices.
Transform
We build leadership capacity with the skills and knowledge to develop effective teaching practices, foster positive school cultures, and strengthen parent engagement by providing an array of programs such as school leadership development programs, community engagement through Parent-Teacher Meets, Resource Center Revivals and setting up Learning Spaces at Home.

The Mantra organization has conducted several programs over the past three months. They organized Population Day, subject-specific club activities, and a visit to Vidhan Soudha, which was an excellent experience. The activities were closely linked to the current learning process, helping students grasp concepts effectively. These programs also contributed to cultivating leadership qualities among students. Through these initiatives, students have learned healthy competition and how to adjust within peer groups.
They also organized the Teachers' Day celebration, which was an unforgettable and well-organized event. The Mantra team did an excellent job in ensuring the success of all programs in our ARISE schools.
