The District Empowerment Programme (DEP) is a commendable initiative. With its help, districts are successfully reaching education stakeholders digitally. In this process, the District Institute of Education and Training (DIET) in Nawada has started various courses for teachers based on data from different surveys (NAS, BASELINE, ASAR), achieving significant success. At the state level, there was substantial support from SCERT and Mantra4Change. During the programme's implementation, DIKSHA members in the district have become more digitally empowered than before. They have expanded their experience from course creation to reaching stakeholders.

Amazing changes are being seen in students due to Project-Based learning. Children look forward to creating projects that connect them with the problems around them. Critical thinking and discipline develop in them. They develop an understanding of science concepts by connecting them with their regular routine. A sense of healthy competition is now developed in my classroom. Children try to reach some conclusions through their projects. Project- based learning brings positive, permanent changes in their nature. The truth is that every student is becoming a little scientist who can become a great scientist in the future.

In the "My Dream Hostel" module, students creatively used available scrap materials to showcase their ideas and models of an ideal hostel. Some expressed the need for a garden, while others emphasized the importance of a playground. Each student presented unique ideas for decorating their dormitory rooms and improving their classrooms, demonstrating their vision for a better learning environment
