Cluster Resource Centers are educational hubs that enable qualitative improvement in education. Leveraged as a space to conduct in-service teacher training; to provide academic support to teachers and schools on a regular basis, as well as to help in community mobilization; these resource centers were scarce across Tumkur and Madhugiri districts’ 200+ clusters.
January 2021 saw a new wave of change taking over the two districts where Cluster Resource Persons revived their resource centers with the help of teachers, Head teachers, community members, and fellow colleagues. The revival brought the CRPs closer to their stakeholders amidst a raging pandemic, igniting a collaborative effort towards creating professional learning communities and spaces.
